So Thursday was a very interesting day. My new mummy came down early and gave me lots of praise for sleeping right through the night. Well, what did she expect? After all the excitement of coming to a new home I was exhausted!
We went for a little walk, which I really enjoyed. I'm not sure mummy enjoyed it as much though - she didn't seem to like it when I wanted to chase after people, and bikes, and pigeons, and cars... Doesn't she know that dogs are supposed to chase things?
After our walk we played with a ball in the garden but mummy was really silly and kept throwing it away and I had to go and get it for her. In the end I thought she needed to learn not to throw it away so I stopped bringing it back to her and took it into a corner to chew it instead. Hopefully that will teach her. She does need some training, my mummy.
After we played ball I was quite tired so I didn't mind too much when mummy went out. She came back really soon and we had another game. She's very playful - I hope she realises that I need time to get my beauty sleep!!
