Monday

Had a fabulous day on Monday. Went for a nice walk in the rain in the morning - mummy really seems to love being out in the rain. After that I was exhausted so was quite relieved to have a few hours peace and quiet while mummy went to work. She seems to forget that I'm just a puppy and I need my sleep. More walkies in the evening, when I went out on my new "retractable lead". This means that I can walk at my own pace and not have to wait for mummy to catch up when I want to chase some pigeons. Mummy said I'd been a very good girl and could sit in the living room for a bit. But all she wanted to do was watch television which I thought was very boring so I thought I'd spice things up a bit by chewing her toes. She didn't seem overly impressed with this and pretty soon I was back in the kitchen, still savouring the taste of socks :-)
